The Convention platinum Sponsor Program Includes the Following:
   

  1. The five slots for the Platinum Sponsor program are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis by returning the signed pledge form. Each slot is a $3,000.00 donation.

  2. The Platinum Sponsor program also includes:

    1. Platinum Sponsor company name will appear alphabetically on all flyers and registration forms regarding the convention (i. e., Florida Supply, General Pumps, Heavy Equipment Company, Ritz Barricades and Water Supply, Inc. present the 2012 Annual Convention).
    2. A handsome banner with your company's logo will be displayed at all major functions during the convention.
    3. Each Platinum Sponsor will have an exhibit board to display information pertaining to their company.
    4. A profile of your company will be included in one month's issue of the Ditchmen prior to the Convention. Each Platinum Sponsor must provide the company profile to the UUCF office by February 17, 2012.
    5. A profile of your company will be included in in the convention program. Each platinum sponsor must provide their company profile by February 17, 2012.
    6. Special name tags displaying "Platinum Sponsor" to all employees of your company in attendance.
    7. One reserved table at the Friday and Saturday night dinner.
    8. Twelve months of full page advertisements in the Ditchmen magazine.
    9. First option on returning as a sponsor for the 2013 Annual convention.

     

    *Note: All fees related to registration and hotel charges as outlined in our registration literature must be paid for by each attendee of all sponsors.
