Video focuses on St. Pete Beach,
the Amendment 4 'test case'

(Orlando, FL - April 22, 2010) Citizens for Lower Taxes and a Stronger Economy (the "Vote NO on Amendment 4" campaign) today released a second web-video focusing on St. Pete Beach, the small Florida town that adopted a local version of Amendment 4 in 2006 to disastrous consequences.
