ALERT: OSHA Confined
Space NPRM Comment Period Extended!
On January 23, OSHA announced that the public comment period on the Confined Spaces in Construction Notice of Proposed Rulemaking had been extended to February 28, 2008. Since all contractors performing confined spaces entries as part of their operations will be affected once the standard becomes final, they should read it carefully and submit any comments to OSHA by the new deadline.
